Terms of Use

The short version: Pocket Dragsters is free to play. Coins, cars, parts and looks in the game are for fun and aren't worth real money. Anything you buy is handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store, and VIP renews every month until you cancel it in your store account. Race fair and keep your driver name clean.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") cover the Pocket Dragsters game on Android and iOS, its online play, and this website. Pocket Dragsters is made by Georgia Motorsports Media LLC ("we", "us"). By playing the game or using the site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

1. The game is licensed to you

We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to play Pocket Dragsters on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial fun. The game, its cars, strips, art, sound, code and names belong to Georgia Motorsports Media LLC or the people who licensed them to us (the model makers are credited in the game's Credits). You may not copy, sell, rent, change or reverse engineer the game, or make cheats, bots or tools that change how it plays.

2. Coins, points and virtual items

Coins, build points, Race Pass XP, crates, cars, engine parts, paint and other looks in the game are virtual items. They're part of the license above: you don't own them, they have no cash value, and they can't be sold, traded or turned into real money. We may change how the game works, its prices in coins and points, and its balance over time to keep it fair and fun. Your progress is saved on your device; deleting the game or its data can delete it, unless you've made an account.

3. Purchases

Real-money purchases (such as the Race Pass, cosmetic packs, coin and point bundles and VIP) are made through Google Play or the Apple App Store and follow their terms and refund rules. We don't sell parts that change how a car runs. Prices are shown in the game before you buy. Except where the law or the store's policy says otherwise, purchases are final.

4. VIP membership (subscription)

VIP is a monthly subscription. The price is shown in the game before you subscribe and is charged to your Google Play or Apple ID account when you confirm.
It renews automatically every month at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current month ends. Your account is charged for the next month within 24 hours before it begins.
You can manage or cancel it anytime in your store account's subscription settings (the game's VIP window has a MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION button). Cancelling stops the next renewal; VIP stays on until the month you paid for ends.
VIP gives looks, coins, build points and other perks listed in the game. It never changes how a car runs. Its perks may change over time; if they change in a way that matters, we'll say so in the game.

5. Online play and your driver name

Online races, brackets and leaderboards are for fair play. Don't cheat, use modified copies of the game, tamper with our server or other players' games, or exploit bugs (please report them instead). Driver names, truck names and anything else other players can see must not be offensive, hateful, sexual, impersonate someone, or use real brands. We can change or remove a name, reset results, or limit or end online access for anyone who breaks these rules. Online features may change, pause or stop.

6. Accounts

Accounts are optional and only for people 13 and older. Keep your password private; you're responsible for what happens on your account. You can ask to have your online player or account deleted at pocketdragsters.com/delete-data.

7. The app stores

These Terms are between you and Georgia Motorsports Media LLC, not Google or Apple, and we (not they) are responsible for the game. If you got the game from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies, and Apple and its subsidiaries can enforce these Terms as third-party beneficiaries. Google Play's and Apple's own terms apply to your store account and your purchases.

8. No warranty

The game and the site are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise that they'll always work, be error-free, or that your progress can never be lost.

9. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Georgia Motorsports Media LLC isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages from using or not being able to use the game or the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the game in the 12 months before it. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

10. Changes and ending

We may update these Terms; when we do, we'll change the date at the top, and playing after that means you accept them. We may change, pause or end the game or parts of it. You can stop anytime by deleting the game (and cancelling VIP in your store account, if you have it).

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
